如题，我是中科院研究所的一名研究生，以前搞电子设计大赛用的都是TI的芯片，对TI的产品线熟悉些，现在做项目时想申请几个样片做下前期的验证，但是申请一次后就不能再申请了，我用的是学校edu的邮箱。
