请问如何将一个100MHz Vp-p=2V的正弦波 放大到 Vp-p=4V？
用基本的放大电路就可以，关键是运算放大器的选择。主要考虑两个因素，1.增益带宽积要大于200MHz,但要留出5倍到10倍的余量，例如选1GHz 2. SR >2*pi*100MHz*2V=1256V/us。推荐用料OPA693，我已经拿TINA-TI仿真过了，没问题。
