电路图如下，光电二极管接收到的光信号只有15us，信号很弱，经过放大和比较器直接进入单片机

问题如下，为什么我焊了几十个这样的电路，有20%的lm358没信号出来，换掉lm358后，又能正常工作。（注：焊的时候也有大概20%左右的是不成功的）。其余的都正常。
