实际温度26,读到的片内温度16
同样的电路,同样的程序,用ADS1120,读到的片内温度就很准
按操作手册的说明好像温度也没有校准的方法哦
还是说我买到的样品本来是是假货,凌乱中。。。。
引出来测试一般会高1度左右，在板子上，看线路功耗，功耗大，会高个3-5度，差十度估计算法有问题吧，
测试得到16位数据后，先左移两位（T=T>>2）, 当然还要判断正负，看下Table 12 T大于0x1000;则为负 T=~T+1;T=T*0.03125;前面加上负号就可以了，小于则正T=T*0.03125
