LM311做电压比较器，单电源5V的时候，3脚做基准电压，基准电压最低是多少？

数据手册第4页 6.3 Recommended Operating Conditions 中对输入电压范围有描述，为VCC- +0.5V~VCC+ -1.5V。如果是单电源5V供电则是0.5V~3.5V。
在6.6 Electrical Characteristics中对共模输入电压范围VICR也有要求，给出的是±15V供电电压下的，推算一下单电源5V下的共模输入电压范围为0.5V~3V。
