我在使用PGA300EVM-034。在J20，J21之间加10V电源电压
并且按照电压模式配置条线（连接J12、J1、J2、J3、J6、J7、J8、J16、J14pins1-2、J19pins2-3，
其他跳线断开）
此时测得TP33（AVDD）电压3V，TP23（DVDD）电压1.86V。且无法在软件上切换到OWI模式。
调高电源电压，现象一样。
请问是我跳线连接有问题吗？为什么VDD不是5V，无法切换到OWI模式？？
