请问RC隔直电路中相位偏移

现象是，固定电阻R=1M，改变电源频率f,或者缩小电容C，也就是改变电容的容抗，例如输入100hz,电容1nF,电阻1M，相位会发生偏移，加大电容量如1uF,相位偏移消失。知道电容电流超前电压，所以相位会偏移，这个偏移量是由什么决定呢？

相位偏移大小跟容抗跟阻抗的比值有关系，对吗，这个偏移量应该怎么计算呢？
