您好，您要测试的是光二极管的电流吗？ 光二极管的电流非常小，INA138的输入偏置电流为2uA典型值，所以要考虑Iib的影响。
另外，得到不稳定的输出，可以附上波形看下。
如果方便的话，也建议断开后面电路，逐一分析。
