您好, UNLIM指的是unlimted.指的是no moisture barrier bag.
HR指的是hour, MSL指的是潮湿敏感度, Level-3-260C-168 HR 指的是潮湿敏感度等级为Level 3, 最大回流焊温度为260度, 168HR指的是在≤ 30ºC / 60% RH条件下的 floor life time.
