看下仪表运放是否满足您的要求，它的输出是通过一个RG电阻调节的，这个电阻两端都要接入运放管脚：

外部有其他电阻的这种电路是否可以，如下图，RF为固定电阻，通过调节RG改变增益？
这个是电流型运放电路吧，普通运放就可以实现的，还是说您有推荐专用的运放型号？
这只是一个比例运算电路结构，可以根据您的需求选取精密运放、高速运放或功率运放等一个具体型号的运放
