从您的经验来看，一般都有哪些原因造成这个问题呢？

您好，通常来说如果输出ripple过大，会影响它的非线性。您现在测试的结果，非线性error多大?
可以参考datasheet Figure1和2 关于nonlinear error 和操作频率，以及full scale frequency的曲线。
另外，您可以将电路附上，我这边看下。
