LF347使用时通电后芯片温度达到50度，请问正常吗？

这个需要您测量一下LF347的发热功耗，然后使用热阻计算一下温升，如果室温+温升约为50℃，那么就是正常的；
具体是测量下LF347的输入功率（供电电压x供电电流），然后测量下LF347的输出功率（输出电压x输出电流），输入功率减去输出功率就是发热功率；
发热功率x 热阻（结到壳顶部的热阻）就是温升；
