请提供一下并联方式，无非是要看能否直接测出栅极，D/S极是否短路。
另外“好坏”也是分“程度”的，有一些并不是简单无源测量就能找出来的。
MOS的失效主要是短路居多，你可以测GS和DS的阻抗，以及体二极管，当然，建议还是拆下来测

楼主可以试试测量 GS GD 之间的直流阻抗。有的损坏的管子会表现出和其他不一样的阻值。
