您好，100uV输入虽满足OPA197的输入电压范围，（V-、）-0.1~（V+）+0.1V。但是您的电路中是个电压跟随，输出也应该是100uV，但是100uV的输出不满足OPA197的输出电压范围，输出距离电压轨的最小值也是5mV，所以输出100uV是不满足OPA197的输出电压的，但是双电源就满足这个条件。
