LMH7324: The comparator causes the input power to oscillate

I use LMH7324 for TDC (Time to digital converter) measurement application.
1. Take one of the (1/4  channel)comparators as an example, the negative end is amplified by the DAC through the op amp as the threshold of the comparator, and the positive end is the input signal. The positive end signal is as follows.

2. There is no problem with input signal amplification.

3. However, LVDS output of LMH7324 is noisy, as shown in the figure below

4. It was found that LDO output ±2.5V also oscillated and the noise was very high.

Does anyone know what causes the shock? There is no problem in the separate test of the power module。
