在对一个20mVpp的正弦波做两级10倍放大时，是否需要此电阻。如需要，是否对电路输入阻抗造成影响。这个电阻在模电课程中是必要的，可是在Ti的模电工程师手册中却被省去。

这个需要根据情况而定，添加这个平衡电阻的目的是降低运放输入偏置电流引起的失调电压，在添加平衡电阻之前，看下输入偏置电流产生的误差 与运放本身的失调电压相差多少，如果输入偏置电流产生的误差相对运放本身的失调电压很小，那么就没必要添加一个电阻来消除这个误差，因为这会引入热噪声，可能会出现性能下降的情况。具体举例分析见下面链接：
