用三极管2N2219A和2N2905A怎样搭一个三级放大电路，要求放大4倍信号，频率从10Hz到120MHz，信号从5V放大到20V,急用，谢谢
个人感觉应该是搭不出来，2N2219A发射结的寄生电容约30pF，2N9205A发射结的寄生电容约40pF。这么大的寄生电容，很难跑到120M的频率。你还是去TI官网选颗高速运放吧。
