TPA3106D1可以通过IC底部的Power Pad经过PCB的地层散热，只要PCB的地层散热足够好，IC不需要额外的通风散热系统。

当供电24V，输出功率30W时，TPA3106D1输出电流的RMS值为30W/24V=1.25A。从手册第3页的参数表中，可以看到TPA3106D1内置MOSFET的Rsd(on)为200mohm。因此TPA3106D1本身消耗的功率大约为1.25A * 1.25A * 0.2ohm = 0.3125W。根据手册第2页的热阻参数，可以估算的TPA3106D1的温升为0.3125W * 28.23C/W = 8.8C。
