各位专家，我用的三个BUF634做功率放大级，在前面接了一个THS3001，buf634芯片发热特别严重，电源的电流只有300多毫安，没个buf634可以承受的电流为250毫安，我用的是正负15V供电，应该没有问题，芯片发热特别严重会不会烧坏芯片啊？？

IC的性能跟其工作温度有关。请增加必要的散热措施，例如增加散热片。
