VIOWM是最大额定隔离工作电压 在DC直流电压下是1700VDC：
VIOTM是最大瞬态隔离电压，这个测试时间是60s，电压6000V，因此是可以满足3500Vdc/1min这个测试的，具体见下面文档规格说明：
