您是需要集成的差分放大器是吗？这里的Vcom=5V 是指什么？是指输入共模电压为5V吗？也就是说输入信号范围是-5V~ 15V，直流成分是DC5V？需要固定增益0.5倍？

Vcom=5V ,是指输入共模电压为5V;
输入两单端信号范围是0V~ 10V，所以输入模拟差分信号+/-10V；
经过增益0.5倍的放大后，输出单端信号：+/-5V；然后送ADC采样；
