你好！要求输入信号小于5mV,频率100MHz，放大10倍，有没有什么芯片好用的？
若是选用电压放大运放，这个增益带宽积要达到1G,估计没有能够满足的芯片，你的信号频率怎么会那么高呢
可以使用OPA847很好用，OPA847最小放大放大倍数需要为G>=12
我使用OPA847实现G=40时，可以达到100MHz
OPA846也不错
