电阻噪声和频率有关，在高频时，电阻会等效为电阻，电感和电容的并串联。
简单的等效模型可以认为电阻的等效噪声为 1KΩ ---> 4nv sqr(Hz) ， 其他电阻阻值与1KΩ 相除后再开方并乘以 4nv sqr(Hz) 。
