TI专家您好，我要做一个放大微电流信号的跨阻放大器，电流信号是从InGaAs PIN module输出的，PIN管电容0.35pF（典型值），最小放大的光电流为10nA左右，需要放大至少120dB，带宽为350kHz，请问有TI有相关的器件推荐吗？谢谢
