X1_VOA测出来是从大约-14v到14v变化 x1_sena 是前面的运放的sen脚 输出电流是-75ma到75ma变化？

我也没看懂你描述的意思。
但从你输入-14~+14V，供电正负15，你预期的输出时正负14V，但看手册第二页，有说明输出正负250mA的时候输出未必能到接近电源轨。你再看看手册和图表，应该能理解。
