我现在用APD将激光信号转换为电流信号，电流范围1uA~8mA，需要提取的是相位信号，请问能不能用对数放大器？以前没用过，听说对数放大器会压缩信号，会不会导致相位信号失真？如果可以用的话，请推荐几款TI的对数放大器，带宽越大越好（10M以上）。谢谢。
