LM710，这个电压比较器，在使用时不能像LM311那样，接上电源，正负输入端接0V，3V，输出就会有变化，再将输入调过来，输出像另一状态变化，但是这个LM710无变化啊；
首先保证供电是对的，然后是否有共地.
Positive Supply Voltage +14V
Negative Supply Voltage −7v
