我现在的电压待处理的电压信号范围在10m~-2.8V，是正弦波，频率在20M以内，我想将这个信号转化为方波，初步设想是先进行限幅放大后（以获得幅值较稳定的输出电压），再接比较器以获得方波信号。现在我想问一下，我这个想法可行不，如果可行的话能不能推荐几款限幅放大器？
