我这边经常需要测试200V左右的信号，运放的输入偏置电流在10pA以下。
现在用的LTC的LTC6090,但是电压还不够高。
不知道TI有没有更好的解决方案
1、暂时没有这个高的供电电压的运放，最接近的产品是opa454

2、请问楼主是什么应用需要这么高的电压。
做ICT测试方面的
比如输出微弱的恒流，测试反向电压。测电压就对运放有要求了
