我这边经常需要测试200V左右的信号，运放的输入偏置电流在10pA以下。 现在用的LTC的LTC6090,但是电压还不够高。 不知道TI有没有更好的解决方案
建议将信号分压后进行测量，或者考虑隔离运放 AMC1200等方案
