是直流信号
反向放大电路，0-5V转换成+-1.5V，偏置1.5V，从而得到0-3V。。。
也可以看看PGA281，有小于1的放大倍数
使用运放如何实现0-5V到0-3V的范围转换：放大倍数设置为0.6就行了，有很多增益小于1 可以稳定的运放，且这是个直流信号
标准答案：电阻分压+运放跟随。
