这是预偏置。
当＋输入为3.3/2V时，输出为0V；2脚电压和3脚相等。
当DAC7311输出3.3V时，放大器输出3.3V
当DAC输出0V时，放大器输出-3.3V。
既可输出正电压，又可输出负电压，这就是双极性输出
