我按下面的电路做一个相移电路并且倍4倍频给其他电路做参考，电路中用的是74系列的，我用的是CD4046，然后VCO输出频率就是3.8KHZ，排针输出的参考信号是950HZ，也是4倍频，不知道是电路的问题还是芯片不同的缘故，请TI的各位工程师帮个忙解决一下
但是频率不管怎么变，vco输出频率都是3.8KHZ不变，不知道是什么问题
