第一幅是电路图。第二副图是对1v、5khz正弦波进行检波时出现的波形，第三幅是仿真进行到339ms时出现的自激。第四幅改为了50khz时出现的波形，到4ms左右就会出现自激，为什么会产生上述情况？还有，我想能对0.24v、50khz的正弦波进行精密检波，请问怎么改？我用的是multisim10.0仿真软件。谢谢
Use a better diode instead of 1N4007. Say, BAS7004.
我在仿真软件里没找到bas7004二极管，我用了其他两款肖特基二极管试了下，但最后还是会出现自激
1. OPA656 最大供电电压+-6.5V
2. OPA656带宽为500M
3. 建议使用带宽小于20M，可以支持正负8V的运放
