可编程增益放大器和AD转换芯片求解

1、系统供电情况暂时无要求2、信号源是激光探头输出的微电压信号,为0~1mv 3、项目应用背景是想做一个光功率计,所以需要将0~1mv的电压信号使用可编程增益放大器进行放大到0~5v或者0~10v。然后再利用AD转换芯片进行AD采样,并且要求分辨率为uv级别的。谢谢!

  • 信号频率是什么样?

    放大倍数在5000 ~ 10000倍,应该用2~3级运放做放大。如果是直流信号,可以用零漂运放如opa333做第一级放大,后面用PGA113或PGA116的可变增益放大器,后面配合24bit的ADC;也可以用如ADS1248内含PGA的24bit ADC。
