INA129热风焊后损坏问题

近日调试电路,SOIC封装INA129U损坏了10多片。一开始百思不得其解，因电路电压低，不可能过压等原因损坏。奇怪的是本来正常工作的IC用热风枪（380℃）拆下来后，再焊接上去就都损坏了。IC肯定是正品，其中3片是器件样品。用万用表测量发现全部是1—6PIN或5—8PIN间精密电阻开路了。是否是我焊接不当还是芯片本身的问题。请回答（急！急！急！）
