请问光电二极管用正电源反偏效果好，还是用负电源反偏效果好？
发光二极管反偏最差，用MOSFET短路最好。
可以看下这篇文章：在二极管上加反向偏压（虽增大一些电流和噪声）对于把输入总电容CT降到最小是有利的，比如在跨阻放大器的稳定性中输入总电容CT起了重要作用。

光电二极管反向偏执，本人想请问一下，用正电压反向偏执、或者负电压反向偏执，这两种不同的偏执方式，谁的效果好呢？请问有相关的参考资料吗？
