这是在讲极点频率的情况。
在运放输出端与ADC输入端加一小阻值电阻，这就是一种隔离。
根号2 xR是个大致的值，即在输入信号频率刚好为RC的拐点频率（1/(2*pi*RC)）时，运放的负载大概在这个量级。这样运放负载较大（即负载阻抗较小），因此在选取RC频率时候要高于信号源有效频率的10倍以上
