    您好，

    看下面 LMV358 datasheet 电气特性截图，在2.7V供电时，最大输入共模电压是1.7V，在5V供电时，最大输入共模电压是4V，因此可以估算出在3.3V供电时最大输入共模电压是2.3V（为VCC - 1V）。

    112V在电阻8.2M和0.2M电阻分压值约为2.68V，超过了其允许的最大输入共模电压值2.3V，因此输出饱和输出为3.3V（供电电压值）。
