THS4561: THS4561 operational amplifier output saturation,not changing with input

I use THS4561 to convert the input single ended signal into a differential signal and input it into ADS8900.

In actual testing, when I input a signal of 0V, the positive end of the operational amplifier outputs(OUTP) 4.14V and the negative end outputs((OUTM) ) 0.026V. After changing the input voltage, the positive output of the operational amplifier remained at 4.14v and the negative output remained at 0.026v.

When I disconnected the ADC, I measured that the positive output of the operational amplifier(OUTP)  was 4.9v and the negative output(OUTM ) was 0.026v.
The circuit parameters are as follows
VSP=5V
VSM=0V
VCOM=2V

PD=5v

  • 您好,我在更改了反馈端接法后运放工作正常了。但是在测试ADS8900B时发现经过运放输出的正端电压和负端电压噪声很大。当我把ADS8900B吹掉之后量运放正负端输出就没有那么大噪声了。请问这是什么问题呢?

    第一个图是有ADS8900B时对应的运放端的输出,第二个图是吹掉ADS8900B时对应的运放端输出。

    黄色是运放正端输出,红色是负端输出,绿色为信号发生器输入到运放的信号

  • 建议您在ADC输入端加 Charge Kickback Filter,具体见ADS8900B datasheet 8.1.2 ADC Input Driver部分说明。
