您好，参考Figure6-5 Vreg电压 VS Ireg电流的曲线。曲线中给出了常温25度，以及-55度，125度三种曲线。 Ireg电流横坐标-1~0mA部分为sinking灌电流，大于0mA的是sourcing电流。 可以看到不同Vreg电压对应的电流值不同。举例当Vreg=4.8V时，Iref大约在3mA左右。
