INA181: About INA181, Rsense uses 6m Ohm is ok for 19V@6.3A design?

Part Number: INA181

Please help to check the design for 19V@6.3A input .  if 6m Ohm Rsense is ok for this design ?    

it used to sense 19 input current ,and if system sinks current exceed about 6.1A,We will send warning message to system.

    看附的电路图，19V的负载应该是接在+AC_BAT_SYS1上，如果是这样的话，那么这属于高侧测量电流，为了使INA181输出为正电压，INA181的IN+和IN-需互调换：

    其他地方没看出问题。
