LM 318是一款非常非常老的器件了。COMP指的是频率补偿引脚，在之前老的版本的数据手册里有介绍。
此引脚的作用是当不需要最大的带宽时，能提高稳定性，通过10pF电容将此引脚和输出端接起来可以提高建立时间。
因为这款器件太老了，所以建议使用其他的运放来替代。
