请以官网最新datasheet 为准，如下截图温度范围是–40 ~ 105 °C，网页上标注是最高温度150度很可能是复制的其他产品的没有更改。
–40 ~ 105 °C温度下的特性参数如下截图在测试条件中有标注温度范围：TA = –40°C to +105°C
