INA293: INA293A4IDBVR output is affected by temperature and humidity

Part Number: INA293

INA293A4IDBVR at 45℃ and 85%RH . The output voltage was 1.05V to 1.5V, as shown in the figure below. At this time, the input signal(pin 3-pin 4) was 0mV. The output voltage was 0V after being left at room temperature. Please help analyze what is causing this.

    您测试多少板子是这种现象？

    您是用示波器测试pin 3-pin 4脚是 0mV是吗？还是用其他仪表？有输入共模电压吗？3脚和4脚上有纹波吗？

    被测电压或被测回路与INA293共地吗？

    供电电压是多少？供电电压纹波怎样？

    测试时负载是什么？不接负载输出有改变吗？

    Hi Amy，
    测试了5块板子，其中一块出现这个问题。
    使用万用表测量测试pin 3-pin 4脚是 0mV，将共模电压从12V降低到0V，输出都是1.05V to 1.5V。
    被测电压或被测回路与INA293共地
    供电电压3.3V，纹波在1%以内
    输出接对地电阻约50K，不接负载输出没有改变

    是不是这块板子的芯片已经损坏，您是否可以做下交叉验证？

    IC在常温下是正常的。
    当器件故障时，做的ABA测试如下：

    在拆下 INA293A4IDBVR 之前，万用表测量电压输出为 0.8V。

    更换新的INA293A4IDBVR，万用表测电压输出为0V。

    重新焊接有故障的INA293A4IDBVR，万用表测量电压输出为0.12V。

    我再确认以下问题：异常器件在常温下25℃ 是正常的？在45℃ and 85%RH 这个环境下输出是异常的？此测量时输入为0V，输出端悬空？

    如果将环境 45℃ and 85%RH 换为湿度 60% RH以下，温度45℃输出正常吗？

    因为INA293 的MSL level是1：

    MSL Ratings and Reflow Profiles .

    通过以上测试我想看下是不是湿度太高造成的。
