硬件电路设计为±20mv量程，上电给配置寄存器写入52DF后，一直重复进行分流电压和总线电压的数据读取，每次读取先发送目标器件地址+寄存器地址01h和02h来读取分流电压和总线电压，空闲10ms后发送目标器件地址进行读取，但是收不到目标器件发送的应答信号，软件一直卡在ACK状态不进行跳转。

然后空闲10ms后发送目标器件地址，没有ACK？
