都说CMOS运放输入阻抗高，到底有多高呢？可有一个量化指标？
亲；这个级别的放大器；输入阻抗大体在10^9~10^12范围。
你可以随便找一个CMOS型输入的运放的数据手册看一下
就是找不到这个指标才来求助的呢。。。
对了，CMOS型运放的输入阻抗较大，一般不在数据手册标出，几百G欧姆
如果对于某个器件你需要知道其大致的值，可以这样计算：
在手册中的DC Electrical Characteristics，找到测试条件下的V+电压，IBIAS，然后按照
input impedance=V+ / Ibis
大致可以算出来
每个运放的值都不一样， 具体的每个运放的手册里面都会写到这个值是多少。 通常是GΩ级的。
