问题:常温正常输出高电平3.3V,低温-10度就全部输出为0v,怎么回事?

问题:常温正常输出高电平3.3V,低温-10度就全部输出为0v,怎么回事?
3.3V 供电的话,如果-10C环境下操作,建议输入共模电压范围Vcc-2V,也就是说最大输入电压只允许1.3V,可以验证下输出是否还为0.
常温下,输入Vcc-1.5V,但是高于或低于这个温度,一般建议Vcc-2V的共模电压范围。
