三极管也有一个门限电压Vγ,通常硅管约为0.5～0.6V,锗管约为0.1～0.2V。
那么问题来了，使用运放的时候，比如弱电压电流，在用运放放大的时候，是否也存在像三极管一样的门限电压需要考虑呢？
亲；双极性放大器也有这种问题。一般；双电源放大器线性输入范围为电源电压以内＋－0.3V。所以；对于普通双电源放大器；需要注意它的线性范围，不能在整个电源电压范围内输入。
