如下图所示，将多个三极管并联，这个电路实现怎样的功能呢？能否正常工作？
开关电路作为扩充电流的方法, 多个三极管并联有一定的效果, 但由于压降大, Vce 负温度系数的因素, 可靠性不高
常见的手段倒是 MOSFET 的并联使用.
请问，三极管并联想实现一个啥样的功能啦，通常三极管并联如果是做功率控制，最大的问题在于Vbe的负温系数，会导致越热的管子电流越大，从而变的更热。做热平衡处理是可以实现并联的。
